The firm are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join their dedicated and close-knit Employment team, with a view to helping the practice expand its current Employment and HR services.
This role would suit a Solicitor comfortable carrying out their own advocacy in Employment Tribunals, assisting in the development of others in the team and a genuine passion for delivering exemplary client care.
The ideal candidate will have experience acting for both Claimants and Respondents and have a proven record of establishing and developing client relationships. In addition, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication and client care skills;
- Experience of Business Development including identifying and executing marketing initiatives;
- A pro-active, professional and flexible approach;
- Strong Advocacy Skills;
- Experience of writing articles, blogs & generating content for social media channels;
- IT literacy commensurate with the role including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Case Management Systems
