Enforcement and Litigation Lawyer required to join great local authority in London for an initial 3 month period.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry a varied caseload with matters including:

  • Service Charge debt recovery
  • Preparing cases for the first tier tribunal
  • Providing legal advice to leasehold services
  • Carrying out adhoc duties

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional individual with the demeanour and confidence to present well to clients, to join a great local authority and to work alongside a supportive team.

As an Enforcement and Litigation Lawyer, you will be expected to have previous experience of housing and litigation work and dealing with debt recovery matters. Experience of conducting advocacy is also desirable.

Qualifications as a Solicitor are not required for this role, however the ideal candidate would have experience of working within a local authority.
