ESR Specialist

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Permanent Accountant for an ambitious, forward thinking Public Sector organisation with strong values and a culture of doing their absolute best.

  • Initiate, develop and produce workforce information and KPI reports for the Business Partner Team, Organisation Managers and Organisation Board ensuring that workforce information is produced, benchmarked, analysed and interpreted in an accurate and informative format.
  • Support the modification and maintenance of the ESR System, including organisational structure and financial coding of the workforce which is fundamental to quality workforce information to inform effective management and business decisions. This will require the post holder to work in accordance with local and national data regulations policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues across the People, Communications and Inclusion Directorate on ESR Strategy development, and provide daily support and guidance to the Workforce Intelligence Assistant/Coordinator in the discharge of their duties.

The ESR Specilist will -

  • Have proven experience of dealing with ESR
  • Knowledge of the Public Sector
