Sellick Partnership are exclusively recruiting for an interim Executive Personal Assistant to join a Public Sector organisation. This assignment is for one month.

Key responsibilities of the Executive Personal Assistant:

  • Act as Personal Assistant to members of the Executive through providing the full range of secretarial and administrative support services
  • Responsible for the day to day functioning of the office
  • Dealing with, sorting and distributing/circling mail
  • Draft and prepare reports on behalf of members of the Executive as required for meetings
  • Diary management

The successful Executive Personal Assistant will:

  • Have previous experience of working as a Personal Assistant
  • Have advanced IT skills in Microsoft Office
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be adaptable
