External Reporting Manager

External Reporting Manager sought for a FTSE100 Insurer. Our client is seeking an External Reporting Manager to join their Finance department on a fixed term contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an External Reporting Manager with demonstrable experience of financial reporting within the financial services sector to join a FTSE100 Insurer and become responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of IFRS17 external reporting.

Responsibilities of the External Reporting Manager:

  • Production of ad hoc information, presentations or reports and provide challenge and explanation where required
  • Production of IFRS17 disclosures and analysis
  • Manage documentation, controls, and relevant stakeholders

Key Experience of the External Reporting Manager

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience of financial reporting close process
  • IFRS17 knowledge preferred but not essential
