Facilities Officer.

Newcastle

Monday - Friday - 9-5.

Temporary

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to cover Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Officer include:

  • Carrying out facilities management off all offices
  • Ensuring the facilities needs within the offices are met by carrying out walk arounds
  • Carrying out office visits which are all within a 30 mins distance of the head office
  • Ensuring the health and safety of the offices
  • Identifying any works that need carrying out and engage contractors
  • Undertaking general administrative duties

The successful candidate must also be able to drive and have previous experience within this capacity
