Family Solicitor

Sellick Partnership are currently working with an internationally recognised, modern and progressive law firm, based in the Greater Manchester where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join their team. They have a strong reputation for representing both private individuals on complex matters and also businesses.

The role requires an individual who is used to dealing with high quality work and who wants to join a forward-thinking, growing and ambitious family team.

Once embedded into the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing their own client base and running their own caseload, as well as working as a team on bigger cases. Therefore, the successful candidate must be business development focused, client facing, and entrepreneurial with a passion to develop the exceptional service that the family team offers to clients.

Caseload will typically include:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial matters, including complex assets
  • Children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes (TOLATA and Schedule 1)
  • Cases with international features

The firm will require the successful candidate to work 1 day a week/fortnight in their office.
