An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a respected boutique family law practice. This role offers the chance to manage a stimulating caseload of privately funded family finance matters within a collaborative and supportive environment, with strong potential for career progression.

The Role

You will manage and develop your own caseload of complex family matters, with support from junior colleagues. Work will primarily focus on financial cases for privately funded clients, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, relationship breakdown, cohabitation and civil partnership matters, Children Act applications, and high-value or complex financial disputes.

Key responsibilities include acting for clients in privately funded financial matters, building and maintaining a strong professional network, supporting and mentoring junior members of the team, participating in marketing and business development activities, and providing cover and assistance to colleagues as needed.

About You

You will have 5+ years' PQE in privately funded family law, though more experienced solicitors are encouraged to apply. You will have a strong background in financial matters arising from relationship breakdown, be confident in managing your own caseload independently, and be dynamic, proactive, and commercially aware. Excellent communication, client care, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with enthusiasm for networking and developing new business opportunities.
