A Family Law Solicitor is required for a high paying position within one of the country's oldest standing and well established private practices.

Our client, one of East Sussex's longest standing and well established firms is currently recruiting an experienced Family Solicitor for a long term locum role. This role is available following a busy summer period paired with office absences. The ideal Family Solicitor with have experience dealing with a large and varied caseload of both Private and Public Family matters.

The successful Family Solicitor will be dealing with a day to day caseload consisting of:

  • Divorce
  • Financial Remedy
  • Co-habitation agreements
  • Civil Partnership agreements
  • Care proceedings
  • Public & Private Children Matters and more

The successful Family Solicitor will be able to work pro-actively and independently.
