An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor who can evidence the ability to deal with an array of Private Family matters, to join an award winning national team.

As a Family Solicitor within the department, the successful candidate will play a key role in the expansion and development of the team. They will deal with negotiating and advising on financial settlements and representing clients in financial settlements.

The successful Family Solicitor will be responsible in dealing with a caseload of solely Private Family matters including:

  • Divorce
  • Finance
  • Private Children
  • Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements
  • Advocacy

The successful candidate will be a qualified and practising Family Solicitor with 5 years + PQE.
