Finance Assistant required to join a well-established Not for Profit organisation in central Liverpool. My client is looking for a personable individual who is an experienced Finance Assistant to join their friendly finance function in an evolving organisation on a three month temporary basis.
As the Finance Assistant you will be working with a small team of five and reporting to the Head of Finance. You will work within a team carrying out varied duties including purchase ledger and reconciliations:
Key responsibilities of the Finance Assistant
- Experience in purchase ledger
- Experience in reconciling complex supplier statements
- Help the finance team across all areas as required
Required skills and experience of the Finance Assistant
- Experience working across departments, problem solving, being able to work with employees at all levels
- Willing to get stuck in and to get the job completed.
- Minimum of one years' experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
