As the Finance Business Partner you will be working with the Business Partner Director managing cost centres, reviewing tenders and managing budgets.

The Job:

• Working in a dynamic team, you will help to drive optimal business decisions and deliver better financial performance.
• Partner with key stakeholders in various parts of the organisation,
• Supporting the operations team at a service and regional level helping to improve overall service performance.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, helping to build up stretching but realistic targets,
• Engaging with and working alongside operations and central stakeholders.

The Person:

• Experience of working in a fast-paced Finance Business Partnering role with a commercial and pragmatic outlook
• A confident relationship builder who is supportive and able to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills with an ability to spot trends and make commercial judgements where appropriate
