Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Finance Lead for a business based in Newcastle. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months and is paying £90,000 with a bonus.

Responsibilities of the Finance Lead include:

  • Responsible for all UK Corporate Reporting requirements in relation to the UK
  • Responsible for UK Statutory Reporting and the key relationship with the external auditor
  • Take the lead on identifying gaps in financial policies and filling them in a timely manner
  • Monitor business performance and provide accurate and timely reporting and management information to all stakeholders
  • Ensure that the UK Finance team is resourced, informed, motivated, and trained to meet business objectives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Strong experience within a finance leadership role
  • Exposure to Corporate Holding Company Accounts & Regulation Systems
