Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a Finance Manager for an independent college in South Manchester. A key role in the finance function you will work closely with the bursar and manage the full accounting requirements. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the sector and experience of a varied role.
* Produce monthly Management Accounts
* Management of the day-to-day accounting
* Consolidate budgets for the business
* P&L, balance sheet and forecasting as required
* Managing the payroll for the wider business
* Complete annual returns, ensuring high levels of compliance
The ideal candidate will have experience within a varied role with excellent Excel skills who is able to run a finance function autonomously. Due to the business being within the education sector you will have to have a high level of compliance understanding and an eye for detail.
You will either be part-qualified or qualified ideally with experience in the education sector producing Management Accounts. You will have strong experience within Excel with a desire to improve processes and develop the team. To find out more apply now.
