Finance MI and Dashboard Lead

£450 - £550 p/day

Interim, Full time

Fully remote

Finance MI & Dashboard Lead required to join an NHS organisation supporting a national programme with the opportunity to work fully remote. My client is looking for an experienced and highly numerate Finance MI & Dashboard Lead to join their dynamic finance function on an interim, full-time basis.

As the Finance MI & Dashboard Lead you will be leading the provision of an efficient, effective and well co-ordinated financial analysis and reporting team alongside other duties below:

Key Responsibilities of the Finance MI & Dashboard Lead:

  • Manage the team's business support function e.g. dashboard reporting, risk and issue management and developing annual business plan.
  • Manage all business returns such as planning and workforce returns.
  • Develop and implement systems ensuring best practice.
  • Lead on all training, development and recruitment activity within the department.
  • Manage and oversee all budgets.
  • Financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Relay financial information to a range of stakeholders.
  • Review and provide quality assurance to others' work.
  • Design and run effective and efficient processes that are appropriate.

Required skills and experience of the Finance MI & Dashboard Lead:

  • NHS experience (essential)
  • Knowledge or experience of PowerBI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
  • Experience of leading the delivery and/or design of financial processes
  • Extensive experience of analysing financial data
  • Strong analytical skills and practice
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines whilst managing team.
