Sellick Partnership are currently working exclusively with a thriving organisation in their search for a Finance Systems Lead to join them on a large scale transformation project. As a market leader in their industry, our established client have recently undergone an exciting period of internal change and are looking to build upon this with an end-to-end implementation of a brand new ERP system. Working closely alongside an experienced CFO and Change & Transformation Director, this role will integrate a number of businesses within the organisation and is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Finance Systems Lead to take full ownership for the finance side of this project.

The main purpose of this Finance Systems Lead role is to act as the finance lead during the full "cradle to grave" process of the ERP implementation and ensure effective integration with stock management system.

Key responsibilities:

* To lead in every aspect of implementation, from discovery, mapping business processes, planning and design, through to UAT, deployment, training and eventual hand over to BAU

* Assist in the mapping out of existing business processes and conduct gap analysis to identify best practice ahead of design phase

* Manage a variety of senior financial and non-financial stakeholders across the business, challenging where needed

The Ideal Finance Systems Lead

The successful candidate will ideally have a finance background as a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, with has proven experience in successfully implementing ERP systems across a finance function. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of fast moving high volume stock, and will have excellent stakeholder management experience, particularly in a change environment. The successful individual will be an expert in their field, with the gravitas to challenge senior, non-financial stakeholders, as well as the ability to get into the detail of systems and affect change.
