Financial Planning Lead

Sellick partnership are currently recruiting an interim Financial Planning Lead for our NHS client in the Midlands.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the overall management and performance of the financial planning and delivery team incorporating financial planning, budget setting, and business support to Trust's Board, committees, senior managers, budget holders and external stakeholders in ensuring delivery of these plans.

Key responsibilities for the interim Financial Planning Lead:

  • Responsible for annual NHSI submission of a fully integrated operational financial plan in line with the organisations strategies
  • Responsible for the ongoing business support to managers in delivery of these plans
  • Responsible for effective financial, contractual, and performance input into Trust business cases
  • Responsible for the financial input for Cost improvement and financial delivery of Cost improvement plans in line with relevant strategies.
