Sellick Partnership are recruiting to an exciting opportunity to work as a locum Fitness to Practise Caseworker/Paralegal within a London-based regulatory body.

Our client is looking for a Caseworker/Paralegal who will deal with their own caseload of claims relating to Fitness to Practise matters. This remote will be fully remote initially, with the view to return to their London office 2 days per week once restrictions are lifted. The role will be an initial 3 month contract, with possibility of extension and opportunity to apply for permanency. The role is paying up to £25 umbrella rate, per hour.

Responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Handling a caseload of Fitness to Practise matters
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Liaising with claimants, registrants and solicitors
  • Preparing court bundles
