About the Role:

You will be working as a Fitness to Practise Caseworker for a regulatory law team within a professional healthcare regulator in the London. You will play a key role in the Fitness to Practise team, handling your own caseload of Fitness to Practise (FTP) cases, whilst providing administrative support to the wider team to ensure a smooth-running process.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Fitness to Practise Caseworker role will have:

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within a regulatory setting
• Previous experience handling a caseload of Fitness to Practise matters
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer/client care

Key responsibilities:

The successful candidate for Fitness to Practise Caseworker role will be required to:

• Liaise with complainants to ensure their enquiries can be opened as a s20 complaint
• Draft case plans for new, complex cases
• Gather evidence and take witness statements
• Administrative duties to support the FTP Investigators and Practise Committees
• Assisting Fitness to Practise Investigators with their complex caseload
