The client is still in its infancy within the UK however they are a subsidiary of a much larger Global operation and the UK&I growth has been phenomenal. Current UK revenues are approaching £40m but they have their sights firmly on hitting the £100m mark over the next couple of years.

The Group manufacture and distribute products throughout the world. The UK business is currently undergoing a huge transformation across all areas and investing heavily in not just top talent but also systems (recently implemented SAP).

I am looking for an ACA Qualified FP&A Analyst to join their growing Finance team of circa 10 individuals. This promises to be a challenging and dynamic role with a commercial focus and will give the successful applicant the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.

A newly created role, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing the senior management team with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. With a Practice background, you will also take ownership of the Statutory reporting and year end Audits.

Duties will include but not restricted to the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the annual budgeting process
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Variance analysis
  • Business partnering with department managers
  • Statutory financial reporting and bringing this function in house
  • Create audit pack and VAT reporting
  • Profitability analysis by sales channel and customer
  • Pricing support
  • Research and report on factors influencing business performance
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

You will ideally be an ACA qualified Accountant and experienced working in a fast paced commercial, growing businesses. Strong Financial modelling skills and excellent analytical and data manipulation experience. You will have the Confidence to present to senior management and previous SAP exposure would be advantageous.
