The Business

Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a Front of House Administrator to join a growing SME based in Greater Manchester. The organisation that we're working with are a hugely profitable business with ambitious 3 / 5 year growth plans. The business currently have a number of bold and exciting plans and expect the successful candidate to play a central part in the development of these.

The Role

Based out of the head office and reporting directly into the owner the individual will play a central role in managing the front of house function while assisting with more junior finance duties. The post holder will play a critical role in the future success of business so its critical that they bring in the right individual to fit in with this close knit team.

The duties of the Front of House Administrator include:

  • Putting purchase orders/sales orders onto SAGE line 200
  • Chasing suppliers
  • Front of house/meeting greeting visitors
  • Booking business trips
  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Assisting with customer queries and complaints
  • General handling the paperwork for the sales team
  • General office administration and reporting

The successful candidate will require:

  • Experience within a customer facing role
  • Be extremely organised
  • Good time management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate, knowledge of Excel and SAGE
  • Basic finance skills
