An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen within an International and household name business for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor. While the role is based in Manchester, this is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to make the transition to In-house who would be open to relocation.

Playing a key role in the business the position will involve:

  • Day to day support of the Real Estate and development teams on all legal matters including sale and purchase agreements, leases, subleases, agreements for lease and construction documents for the UK Property portfolio
  • Managing external solicitors and external spend, particularly for the Group's overseas assets
  • Leading on the harmonisation and coordination of standard processes and documents
  • Providing training and updates across the Group

This role would suit someone with a minimum of around 6 PQE with strong exposure to a broad range of commercial property and development matters and the ability to act independently. In-house experience is welcomed but not essential. Our client is also looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders both in the UK and internationally.

In return our client is offering a competitive salary and package and the opportunity to join an internationally recognised brand at an exciting time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Commercial Real Estate Solicitor either already in-house or looking to make that transition from Private Practice.
