My client is a very well known and respected multi-award-winning top commercial law firm ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers in Central Reading. They are also ranked in the Times Top 200 law firms. Culturally, the firm stands apart from competitors, forward thinking, creative and offer a level of flexibility to employees' which is unheard of for firms of a similar size.
They are now looking for a Head of Dispute Resolution due to internal promotions.
The litigation team is flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. The team's caseload covers the full range of commercial disputes work across various sectors and the team is regularly conducting complex disputes and providing a quality commercial dispute resolution service to its local, national and multi-national client base.
The successful candidate will have;
- A wealth of litigation experience
- Strong leadership skills
- The ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A solid understanding of financial disciplines and KPIs
