Are you looking for an opportunity to join an organised undergoing exciting change and development? Are you ready to make your mark in a newly created role?
Sellick Partnership are recruiting on behalf of a well-known Healthcare/NHS organisation who requires an Interim Head of Estates to help deliver Estates Maintenance/Compliance across over 20 sites.
Duties of the Head of Estates include:
Reporting into the Director of Estates and Facilities
Leading on all reactive and pre planned maintenance matters relating to the Estates functions including grounds and gardens, Customer Service Centre, Switchboard and Reception
Responsible for the delivery of a sustainable estates and the proactive management of energy, utilities and waste developing and implementing a sustainability strategy to meet standards
The post holder will be lead on and be responsible for the development corporate policies, related to the use, maintenance and operation of 's estates and facilities, ensuring that policies align with applicable legislation, HBNs and HTMs, NHSEI guidance and theclinical and Estates and Facilities strategies
The successful candidate will have:
Doctorate level of qualification or Chartered Membership of Technical Institution or equivalent level of in depth and specialist knowledge at senior management level
Evidence of Continuous Professional Development over several years.
NHS or Healthcare Experience
IT skills in the use of Microsoft Project, office, excel and AutoCAD
SFG20 experience
Experience addressing compliance issues
