A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Residential Property lawyer to join this young and growing law firm located within Surrey and Berkshire. This would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced Residential Property lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The successful Head of Residential Property lawyer will:

  • Have extensive experience in handling Residential Property matters
  • Be capable of taking on a full and active caseload which includes but is not restricted to: sales, purchases, transfers of equity, freehold and leasehold matters
  • Be responsible for managing the delivery of the legal service for the Residential Property department
  • Work closely with the Managing Partner, Finance Manager and Marketing Consultant
