My client is a well established practice based in Berkshire who is now looking for a knowledgeable lawyer to head up the Residential Property department. Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers will be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 'hands-on', capable and driven Conveyancing legal professional to drive their career forward. You will work closely with the other Partners, helping to continue expanding the conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department, training junior members of the team and will also manage a varied caseload including;

  • Sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold property
  • Transfer of equity
  • Re-mortgages
  • Lease extensions
