An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer experienced in Highways Law to join a Local Authority on a 6 month locum basis.

Our client is seeking a Highways Lawyer able to hit the ground running in dealing with a caseload of matters which may include;

  • Drafting highways agreements such as section 278 agreements
  • Drafting traffic regulation orders
  • Drafting temporary traffic regulation orders
  • Dealing with transport and highways implications of local CIL schemes
  • Advising on rights of way

The successful Highways Lawyer will be joining a friendly and supportive Legal Services team for an anticipated minimum period of 6 months. Full-time hours would be preferred, although a more flexible working pattern may be considered.

The role is to be worked enitrely remotely for the forseeable due to the current situation with COVID-19.
