A Housing Administrator is required to join a public sector organisation based in Sunderland. My client is currently recruiting an experienced Housing Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Administrator:

  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Scheduling repairs and maintenance
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Completing follow up calls
  • Producing letters
  • Accurately input data using Excel

Required skills and experience of the Housing Administrator:

  • A full UK Driving License
