Housing Administrator

Housing Administrator required to work with a Derbyshire based social housing organisation. My client are seeking an experienced Housing Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 weeks+

The main purpose of the role will be to complete a review of their garages within the Orchard system

Responsibilities of the Housing Administrator include:

  • Ensuring tenure types in Orchard are correct
  • Cross referencing against master rent spreadsheet and data submitted to regulators
  • Reviewing garages and establishing why so many are void
  • Reviewing condition of garages for let
  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required
