Housing Administrator required to work with a Derbyshire based social housing organisation. My client are seeking an experienced Housing Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 6 weeks+
The main purpose of the role will be to complete a review of their garages within the Orchard system
Responsibilities of the Housing Administrator include:
- Ensuring tenure types in Orchard are correct
- Cross referencing against master rent spreadsheet and data submitted to regulators
- Reviewing garages and establishing why so many are void
- Reviewing condition of garages for let
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required
