Litigation Locum

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced local authority litigation locum to join them on a part time (3 days per week) basis to assist the team during a period of increased workload.

As part of the role, the successful litigation locum will manage a varied caseload of both criminal and civil matters including:

  • Property disrepair
  • Possession proceedings
  • ASB matters
  • Debt recovery
  • Criminal litigation including assisting with a backlog of planning enforcement matters

Aside from attending the office to collect IT equipment, this role will be fully remote.
