Sellick Partnership are recruiting to an excellent opportunity for a Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join the legal team of a Housing Association in London on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a solicitor or barrister with 2 years + post qualified housing law experience.

The role will involve:

  • Providing advice and undertaking casework relating to all aspects of disrepair
  • Drafting legal proceedings as instructed and carry out own advocacy
  • Prepare and provide training as required on disrepair issues to colleagues
  • Prepare policies, procedures and precedents in respect of housing management and landlord and tenant law as they relate to disrepair.

In return, you can expect to receive the following benefits:

  • A salary of up to £48, 900 per annum (DOE)
