A great opportunity has come up for a Housing Lawyer to join a South London Borough. This is an initially locum contract, 3 months, but with the view to extend.

The Housing Lawyer will be taking on a varied caseload of housing law matters, such as:

  • Rent arrears possessions
  • Debt recovery
  • Housing matters
  • Disrepair

The Housing Lawyer will frequently be conducting advocacy in the County Court, at least 3 times a week, and as such should have experience of conducting advocacy. Local Authority experience is a bonus, but not a requirement. Experiene of debt recovery is also a plus.
