Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a wonderful opportunity for a Housing Lawyer. This chance is to join an East London Borough Council on a 3-month locum contract, with the view to extend onto a rolling contract basis.

The Housing Lawyer will be taking on a caseload of housing law matters, such as the following:

  • Disrepair
  • Possession proceedings
  • ASBs
  • Homelessness

The Housing Lawyer will be joining a friendly and supportive team. The Council offices are situated very close to public transport links, allowing for easy access from London and outside of the city. The Housing Lawyer will enjoy the convenient location of cafes and shops, as well as the flexible working patterns offered by the Council, such as 1-day working from home.

Housing Lawyers with local authority experience are strongly encouraged to apply, but our client will also happily consider Housing Lawyers from other backgrounds who have applicable and transferable skills.
