Exciting opportunity for a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a busy local authority in London on a locum basis. The assignment will begin on a 3 month contract with a view for extension and the role will be remote for the foreseeable future.

The successful Housing Litigation Lawyer will handle the following matters:

  • Housing disrepair
  • Claims for statutory nuisance
  • Possession actions
  • Injunctions and appeals
  • Legal advice on all aspects housing law
  • Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation
  • Advocacy on behalf of the council

This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional to enjoy a varied caseload within in a busy and supportive team.
