A fantastic new Housing Lawyer opportunity has arisen at a popular local authority in London.

This locum assignment is to cover a period of permanent recruitment and will begin on a 3 month contract with the potential to extend.

Our client is seeking a Housing Lawyer who can hit the ground running in their busy and forward-thinking team. The successful Housing Lawyer will be personable, confident and proactive.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Disrepair claims
  • Possession claims (ASB, rent arrears, unlawful occupation)
  • Homelessness
  • Closure Orders
  • Injunctions
  • Advocacy on behalf of the council

There is also scope to get involved with some other areas of law to diversify your skillset.

We are keen to hear from qualified Housing Lawyers from both public sector and private practice backgrounds, of all levels of experience.

On offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working patterns. You are required to attend the office 2 days per week and there is free parking available.
