Opportunity for a Housing Lawyer to join a popular and well-regarded London Borough Council!

The council's fantastic Legal Team are looking for a Housing Lawyer to join them on a locum contract, starting as soon as possible. The contract is expected to be ongoing.

The Housing Lawyer will work remotely and hold a caseload including:

  • Unauthorised occupancy possession
  • Possession of residential tenancy grounds
  • Squatters
  • Injunctions
  • Council leasehold issues

The Housing Lawyer will have the relevant experience in housing law and ideally should have worked within local government, housing associations or similar. They will be a qualified legal professional.
