Housing Litigation Solicitor

South East Coast

Are you a Housing Lawyer wanting to work in a local authority setting?

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a housing lawyer or legal executive to join a well-established Local Authority along the South East Coast on a locum basis for 3 months with the view to extension.

Our client is seeking a lawyer to work on a full time basis and to start as soon as possible to cover a period of absence.

As a Housing Litigation Solicitor there will be a variety of matters to handle from:

  • Housing disrepair
  • Homelessness
  • Planning enforcement
  • Judicial Reviews
  • Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Licensing

You will be required to undertake your own caseload of housing law matters with a particular focus on housing disrepair in the main. Our client is happy for someone to undertake this role on a remote working basis but there may be a requirement to attend the office once a month if required.
