We are currently seeking an experienced Housing lawyer to undertake a locum assignment with a public sector organisation based in Berkshire.

The successful candidate for the Housing Lawyer role will be required to take on a full range of housing matters which includes, but is not limited to;

  • Homelessness
  • Disrepair
  • Judicial review matters
  • ASB

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a lovely team for an organisation that is recognised as a great place to work. Our client is also easily accessible by public transport.

Our client is looking for somebody available on a full time basis for a period of 3 months. This post is to cover maternity leave so there will be a possibility of extension.

There is an excellent hourly rate on offer ranging between £35 - 40 (via an umbrella company) dependant on experience as well as the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week after an initial settling in period.
