An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Lawyer to join a public sector organisation in West Yorkshire on a locum basis.

The successful housing lawyer will be required to undertake a mixed caseload of housing matters, which may include disrepair, injunctions, ASB and abandonments. There is potential for the successful candidate to manage a small team of housing lawyers and thus prior experience in management would be highly desirable.

Our client is ideally seeking a locum Housing Lawyer to work full-time hours, however candidates seeking reduced hours may be considered. Housing Law experience is essential and experience gained within the public sector is desirable.

This position will fall outside of IR35.
