Housing Lawyer required to join a Local Authority based in London on an initial contract basis, with the view to extend thereafter.

The successful Lawyer will undertake a Housing role, which will be a mixture of housing litigation which will include:

  • Preparing appeals to the County Court
  • Preparing Judicial Review to the High Court
  • Homelessness
  • Disrepair
  • Rent arrears
  • Anti-social behaviour matters

Candidates are welcomed from Private Practice, In-House or Local Authority backgrounds, making this a great opportunity to gain public sector experience.
