Housing Lawyer required on a contractual basis to join a local authority based in London.

As a Housing Lawyer, you will be carrying a varied caseload which will cover a full range of housing matters including;

  • Defending disrepair claims
  • Issuing injunctions
  • Possession claims for anti-social behaviour
  • Tenancy fraud
  • Advising on general housing matters
  • Legal research

The ideal Housing Lawyer will come from a public sector background, although candidates with relevant experience in private practice are welcome to apply, provided they have advocacy experience.

Our client is looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, and hit the ground running in this busy role. Some working from home can be offered and the Council is based next to a variety of shops and cafes.
