Housing Legal Assistant

Do you have experience as a Housing Law Legal Assistant and are looking for your next assignment?

A well-regarded London Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Housing Legal Assistant to join their friendly Legal team on a locum basis.

The contract will begin on an initial 3-month contract with the view to extend on a rolling basis due to an increased workload.

You must have previous experience of housing law and in particular of handling the following matters:

  • Housing Act
  • Disrepair
  • Possession

This role can be flexible around your skills; you can handle purely disrepair and possessions matters, or you can take on a more varied array of housing matters if you prefer!

My client is happy to consider candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds, but you must demonstrate that you have the relevant experience.

On offer is a competitive hourly rate, remote working and a workload that can be adapted to your skills - don't miss out!

Please only submit an application if you have previous experience of handling all the above Housing matters.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
