Housing Litigation opportunity!

Sellick Partnership are working with a popular London Borough Council to help them find a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their friendly team.

The council are working fully remotely so the Housing Lawyer can work entirely from home. This role is a locum contract and will be an ongoing position.

The Housing Litigation Lawyer will handle a caseload of housing law matters including:

  • Possession proceedings
  • ASBs
  • Disrepair
  • Injunctions
  • Debt recovery

The Housing Litigation Lawyer will join a great team, welcoming and very well organised, handling the abovementioned matters and enjoying benefits such as competitive rate and flexible working hours. The council are happy to offer work patterns to best suit the Housing Litigation Lawyer and will be flexible.

Relevant experience in the area of law is a requirement, as is legal qualification including solicitor, barrister, legal executive, etc. Local authority experience is beneficial but not required.
