Housing Litigation Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal

£40-45 Per Hour

Remote working with Court hearings in person

Housing Litigation Lawyer or experienced paralegal is required to join a highly regarded local authority based in Home Counties on a locum basis for a period of 3-6 months initially.

The post will be on a remote working basis but need to be flexible enough to attend court hearings approximately once to twice a month.

The post will require the successful housing litigation lawyer or experienced paralegal to undertake a range of housing law matters but with a focus on housing disrepair claims in the main. There will be other housing litigation matters also such as possession, homelessness and other areas included.

Our client is happy to consider candidates from both public sector and private practice backgrounds and is also open to considering part time or full time candidates.

The client is happy for either a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive / equivalent for this position.
