We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Housing Litigation Lawyer to undertake a locum assignment with a friendly, well respected team. The role is office based within a public sector organisation in West Yorkshire.

The successful candidate for the Housing Litigation Lawyer role will be confident in taking on a mixed caseload including the following;

  • Issuing possession claims
  • Housing injunctions
  • Housing disrepair claims
  • Attending court as required

The Housing Litigation Lawyer position may also include dealing with landlord and tenant work, however experience in this area isn't required.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full time, for 2 months initially with the possibility of extension.
