Housing Litigation Legal Assistant required for a West Midlands based Local Authority.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with previous experience in Housing Law, covering areas such as housing possession claims.

The successful Housing Litigation Legal Assistant will take on a varied workload which may include:

  • Preparing bundles and other court documents
  • Legal research and investigation
  • Assisting and supporting solicitors with ad hoc tasks

Candidates must be available on short notice and will be able to commit to a full-time working pattern for an initial period of 3 months, although there is scope for the role continue beyond that.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to build up their skillset within a public sector legal environment.
