We are currently recruiting for a Housing Litigation Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded local authority based in London on an initial locum basis, with the view to extend thereafter.

This role will be based within the homeownership litigation team and the successful post holder will be expected to manage their own caseload from application to the courts including:

  • Non defended cases
  • Charging orders
  • Judgements
  • Court bundles

The ideal candidate will have a high level of communication and organisation skills to ensure the court deadlines are met and work is prepared to the highest standards. It is really important for our client that the successful Paralegal has a can-do attitude and is able to demonstrate great teamwork qualities.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in housing law to be considered for this role, and those who have any experience of working within a local authority would be highly desirable.
