Housing Litigation Solicitor
£35+ per hour
Full/ Part time
A Housing Litigation Solicitor is required to join a Sussex based local authority for an initial 2 months with the chance of extension thereafter. My client is looking for an experienced Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their small, vibrant team.
As a Housing Litigation Solicitor you will carry a varied caseload of Housing Law matters and there will be an expectation for you to undertake prosecutions/ committees approximately once a month.
Key responsibilities of the Housing Litigation Solicitor:
- Possessions to claim
- Dispute succession
- Service charges
- Mutual exchanges
Required skills and experience of the Litigation Solicitor:
- A qualified solicitor with 3-5 years post qualified experience
- Experience of Civil and Criminal Litigation
- Proven experience of prosecuting in the County and Magistrates Courts
- Candidates from a local authority AND private practice background will be considered with the relevant experience
