Our client is a very well established and respected sector specialist firm with a fantastic reputation for acting on behalf of Housing Associations. A unique opportunity has now arising for a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

Our client's dedicated contentious Housing team act on behalf on major Housing Associations in a range of matters including

  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Rent arrears and income recovery
  • Injunctions and possession proceedings
  • Breach of tenancy matters
  • Housing disrepair
  • Equality act considerations

The role would best suit a Housing Litigation solicitor with around 3 plus years' experience in this area and experience in undertaking their own advocacy. Whilst our client acts solely on behalf of Housing Associations, they are very open to meeting with candidates from a tenant background who want to move across.
