Housing Needs Officer
12 Month FTC
Housing Needs Officer required to join a public sector organisation in Derbyshire. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Housing Needs Officer to join their team on a 12 month basis.
As the Housing Needs Officer you will be providing an efficient Allocations and Lettings Service that is customer focused.
Key responsibilities of the Housing Needs Officer:
- Providing an efficient Allocations and Lettings service that is customer focused and quickly turning around vacant properties
- Handling of all contact regarding housing applications and allocations
- Exploring housing options to assist customers
- Processing housing applications and determining eligibility and priority of housing needs
Required skills and experience of the Housing Needs Officer:
- A full UK Driving License
